Coaching.

What do sessions look like?

During our time together, we can either meet in my office or via a video call, both of which deliver equally powerful results. I provide a sacred and safe space where you and your partner can be vulnerable, honest, and authentically yourselves.

Whether you are solo, with one partner, or with multiple partners, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and I will inquire more deeply to fully understand everyone’s needs, struggles, and desires. Depending on what everyone’s goals are, I’ll guide you through talk-based and somatic practices to help grow your connection to self and others, enhance your self-awareness, move through conflict through repair conversations, deepen empathy and understanding, and connect to your boundaries and desires.

Regardless of what we do, you will always be able to choose what does and doesn’t feel best for you at any given moment. We will also reflect and process what shows up  during these practices and I will provide you with next steps so you can come to your next session feeling even more resourced than before.

My method.

I combine elements of the Somatica® Method, Somatic Sexology, and my own mindfulness and spirituality practices to help you access deeper levels of ease, empathy, and intimacy within your relationships. By blending somatic exercises, open dialogue, and personalized guidance, I support you and your partner in tapping into your body’s wisdom, unlocking deeper insights into your relational patterns, releasing emotional blocks, cultivating self-awareness, and developing a deeper connection.

How is coaching different than therapy?

The biggest difference between coaching and traditional therapy is that it puts you in the driver’s seat of your evolutionary journey rather than in the hands of the therapist, empowering you to take charge of your well-being and therefore creating lasting transformation.

Also, unlike therapy, which focuses on your past experiences to help you heal old wounds, coaches prioritize what’s in front of you and what your goals are. While we may discuss the past, we’ll focus on where you are and how you can get to where you want to be.
