About.
Hey, I’m willow.
I’m glad you’re here because it means you are ready for a shift in your relationship. I’d like to share a little bit about me. I am a Somatica® Certified Relationship Coach and Certified Sexologist.
What has drawn me to this much-needed work? My ever-evolving journey through the ecstatic and challenging waters of romantic relationships has been full to the brim. I’ve done it all. I’ve navigated loss of interest in long-term partnership, journeyed through many different relating styles, walked through the fires of the dating world, worked through seemingly impossible relationship struggles, and much more.
I am taking what I know now to help others cultivate deeper understanding, connection, and fulfillment in their own relationships. My goal is to continue to remain humble and help others grow through the incredible teachings of these mirrors.

Couples therapy vs relationship coaching.
Therapists focus on healing wounds and resolving symptoms. They help you understand yourself better and develop self-compassion. While this can be supportive, therapy clients often feel stuck and like they’re not making progress because, while insight is powerful, it doesn’t always lead to lasting change.
Coaches take a different approach. The goal of a coach is to help you achieve real-world results for long-lasting transformation. They don’t see you as someone who needs to be fixed. They see you as a whole, healthy, and capable person that wants to grow and evolve.
While the goal of therapy is understanding yourself, coaches want to help you implement real change. We assess where you are currently, get clear on your goals, and create a personalized action plan to help you get there.
We are there to guide you as you take real steps in your day-to-day life by tracking your progress, adjusting where needed, and celebrating your growth along the way.
FAQs.
What is Relationship Coaching?
Relationship coaches are trained professionals who help solos, couples, and polycules address issues such as repetitive issues that seem impossible to overcome, differences in how love and affection are expressed, navigating stressful life changes, lack of intimacy or desire to have sex, and much more.
We help you learn self-awareness and communication skills so that you and your partner develop mutual empathy, get out of codependent patterns, and become more of a team. Relationship coaching can also include helping you negotiate the best relationship structure for everyone (for example, monogamy vs open relating) and even peacefully navigate the uncoupling process.
What is the Somatica® Method?
The Somatica® Method is a unique approach to enhancing your relationship with yourself and others through somatic practice. While talking about your feelings can bring insight, it really doesn’t address what’s happening in your body.
Somatics, however, is based on the belief that thoughts and emotions are not just stored in the mind but also deeply embedded in your physical body. Old wounds and protective patterns live deep in your nervous system. They show up as tension, discomfort, and emotional numbness. Without engaging the body through breathwork, sensation awareness, movement, and other practices, it’s easy to feel stuck, no matter how much you talk or analyze.
Instead of just understanding what needs to change, somatics helps you feel it and shift your experience on a deeper level. This method is proven to provide faster outcomes than those focused on talk alone.
What is Somatic Sexology?
Somatic sexologists help you explore the layers of how past experiences, beliefs, and emotions shape your sexual expression. We hold a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about things many people find hard to discuss such as struggles with desire, intimacy, or shame.
We also utilize tools to help you go beyond the mind and connect with the body. We invite you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom to unravel blocks, heal wounds, and expand your capacity for pleasure starting at the nervous system rather than the mind.
The goal is to empower you to feel more alive in your own skin, to have a deeper understanding of what you desire, to show up more fully for yourself and in your relationships, and to live a more authentic intimate life.
